A Century of Craftsmanship, Built on a Family Name

The Silvernail story started in the 1890s, when Emery Silvernail first began working in mechanical trades. By 1921, Silvernail Plumbing was officially established in Oklahoma City, offering essential services to a growing city with dirt roads and no air conditioning. Since then, four generations have carried the business forward—each one trained in the trades and raised with a deep respect for doing the job right.

From our early trucks with hand-lettered logos to today’s fleet powered by real-time dispatch, we’ve seen the city evolve—and we’ve evolved with it. But one thing hasn’t changed: our name still means quality. From the homes in The Village to the shops in Bethany, families and businesses still call Silvernail when it matters.

Silvernail Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is led today by Jay Silvernail, a fourth-generation owner with deep roots in both business and community. With degrees in finance and law, Jay combines technical skill with a commitment to running a people-first company.

Our team includes licensed plumbers, certified HVAC technicians, and trusted office staff who’ve been with us for years—many for decades. These are people you’ll recognize, from the same neighborhoods you live in. They show up clean, respectful, and ready to solve the problem without drama.
