Timothy from Silvernail and his apprentice did a fantastic job. I had a pipe leaking underground do to freezing and previous non-code compliant shenanigans. They were able to drain the water, find the correct area to unearth, and identify the exact section of pipe that was the problem. They started working on a fix and had to adapt their plan several times after encountering poor fixtures, inadequate adapters, old decrepit piping, and they were still able to get the pipes sealed and flowing again. They were fantastic communicating problems and maintained their professionalism the whole time despite the plumbing's best efforts to wear them down.

If you're needing a plumber, I highly recommend you call Silvernail Plumbing.. Timothy was on time, very efficient and friendly. I'm waiting for my walk-in bathtub and I will be calling Silvernail Plumbing to install it, too.

I called Silvernail's after calling another company (Amped Home Services) to clear a clogged tub drain. Amped came out first, told me my sewer line was broken under the slab. They estimated the repair at between $18,000 and $28,000. They did not attempt to clear the clog (and charged me $300 for the sewer line camera). Silvernail's came out and also ran a camera. They did find a break in the line but it was in the yard and is a relatively easy fix (dig a hole and replace the pipe). They also cleared the clog. I don't have Silvernail's invoice yet but I am very confident that it will be reasonable.
